Job summary

A luxury healthcare organization in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead nursing operations within a female-only outpatient wellness and medical clinic. This role requires strong clinical leadership, hands-on patient care, and operational oversight to ensure the highest standards of safety and patient experience. The ideal candidate will have significant nursing experience, a relevant degree, a valid nursing license, and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Valid SCFHS Nursing License and BLS/ACLS certification required.
  • Experience in outpatient, wellness, or aesthetic medical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise nursing and clinical support teams.
  • Ensure compliance with SCFHS, MOH, and NPHIES regulations.
  • Coordinate clinical protocols across wellness and medical services.
  • Support complex patient care and VIP cases.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Maintain infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards.
  • Manage medical inventory, supplies, and equipment.
