Job summary

Azure is seeking a Head Services Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities within our Riyadh compound, ensuring safe, reliable operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general systems in line with Azure standards.

You will lead a skilled team, schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with contractors, monitor costs, read technical drawings, and keep residents satisfied through high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance) or equivalent.
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in residential or real estate compounds.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills with teams, management, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Receive and follow up on maintenance requests from management or residents and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all facilities and systems (elevators, electrical systems, HVAC, pumps, lighting, etc.) are fully operational.
• Coordinate with external contractors and monitor the quality of work performed.
• Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, recurring issues, and asset conditions.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, and materials usage while controlling maintenance costs.
• Maintain service quality and support customer satisfaction within the compound.
• Recommend technical improvements and solutions to minimize breakdowns and enhance efficiency.
