• Proven experience in hard services management within high-rise towers.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily hard services operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance.
• Lead and supervise maintenance and technical teams, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance.
• Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Ensure all equipment, systems, and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Monitor contractors, suppliers, service quality, and maintenance performance.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
• Respond effectively to technical issues, breakdowns, and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and other service teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
