Job summary

Initial Facilities Management is looking for an experienced Hard Services Manager to oversee all technical and engineering services within a high-rise tower. The role ensures reliable operations, effective maintenance, HSE compliance, and top-quality service delivery.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

Manage daily hard services operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance.
Lead and supervise maintenance and technical teams, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance.
Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Ensure all equipment, systems, and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
Monitor contractors, suppliers, service quality, and maintenance performance.
Prepare reports, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
Respond effectively to technical issues, breakdowns, and emergency maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with clients and other service teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
