Flip retail seeks a Gym Branch Manager (Saudi only) to lead health club operations, drive member growth, and ensure service excellence across branches in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires 7–10 years in health and fitness administration, a bachelor’s degree in management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The candidate will supervise staff, handle recruitment and training, and ensure compliance with policies, while achieving monthly membership goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Organization Administration or Management.
• 7–10 years experience in Monitoring or pertinent field.
• Experienced as Branch Supervisor or Operations with history in Health and fitness Industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Need to be able to work daytime, nights and weekends if necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in and join conferences with the COO/OM/OD as needed.
• Coordinate and follow up with personnel.
• Delegate, monitor, and review assigned responsibilities of the sales group with the Sales.
• Ensure all staff follow the team dress code and name tags at all times.
• Accountable for managing all fitness center staff-related corrective actions.
• Authorize all routines of each fitness center department.
• Review monthly fitness center shop records.
• Oversee inventory of office and retail supplies.
• Send all new hires and terminations to Corporate HR.
• Complete GM Monitoring Training and other required courses.
• Manage all incident records at the club involving members and staff.

Job Recap: The Branch Supervisor has overall responsibility for effectively handling all facets of a specific health club place to consist of customer fulfillment, reliable recruitment, choice, training of the personnel, employee workers issues, sales & membership solicitation, center sanitation while ensuring the club is attaining predicted membership goals along with all various other well established monetary and functional goals.

Tasks and Obligations:

• Participate in and also join conferences with the COO/OM/OD as needed.

Certification:

Job Kind: Full Time

Salary: 6,500.00 - 7,500.00 per month
