Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to enable the international Gulf region's commercial success. The role focuses on actionable insights, pipeline visibility, and effective use of SF systems and sales tools from the Riyadh on-site team.

You will partner with Gulf regional sales leadership, Finance, Legal and Logistics to support forecasting, performance tracking, and regional initiatives that drive revenue and efficiency across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or commercial operations.
• Strong Salesforce experience including pipeline management and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
• Understanding of order-to-cash processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support to sales teams across the Gulf region.
• Develop and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Lead SF optimization initiatives to enhance pipeline visibility and data accuracy.
• Automate reporting and sales processes to improve productivity and scalability.
• Coordinate regional business reviews with FP&A and Finance teams.
• Deliver insights and commentary on opportunities, large deals, and contract performance.
• Support regional sales planning and forecasting processes with timely data.
• Analyze market and sales trends across Gulf region to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Support definition and tracking of sales quotas across markets.
• Work on timely receiving of POs from distributors and processing with Dist. Intl to get SO.
• Collaborate with Regulatory and Finance teams to release SO.
