Job summary

Alstom in Riyadh, KSA, seeks a Guideway and 3rd Rail Team Leader to deliver maintenance for guideway and conductor rail assets. You will lead maintenance teams, ensure safety and quality, and optimize asset life while maintaining passenger service and operational readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in railway/civil engineering and at least 5 years in track maintenance leadership within an O&M environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Railway Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in track maintenance leadership within an O&M environment.
Strong knowledge of railway track maintenance standards, inspection regimes, and asset management practices.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and lead maintenance teams to deliver preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance activities.
Lead safety standards, PTW, electrical isolation procedures and LOTO controls across maintenance teams.
Monitor work execution and performance to ensure compliance with contractual, quality and safety standards.
Track and evaluate maintenance KPIs through data-driven dashboards and reporting tools.
Provide onsite support to restore system availability and passenger service during critical track issues.
Review asset health trends and implement optimized maintenance approaches to extend asset life.
