Job summary

IHG in Al Khobar is seeking a Front Desk Agent who welcomes guests, handles bookings, processes payments, and makes check-in and check-out smooth.

You will respond to inquiries, offer tailored local recommendations, and anticipate guests’ needs to create memorable stays.

Strong communication, basic math, and computer literacy are essential; fluency in Arabic helps, but extra languages are a plus. We provide uniform and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
• Problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities.
• Fluency in the local language is preferred but not essential.
• Good literacy, numeric ability, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out with a friendly, efficient approach.
