Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.

• Handle guest complaints professionally and elevate to management when necessary.
• Process payments using POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations.
