Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Indian nationality preferred but not required.
