Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they come into the restaurant, take their orders, and serve food promptly in a courteous manner.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their dining experience by checking in regularly.
• Handle payments accurately by taking cash, debit card, or credit card payments.
• Resolve customer complaints or problems in a timely fashion.
• Assist with other duties such as cleaning tables, setting up tables for guests, refilling beverages, etc.
• Ensure that all safety standards are met at all times according to restaurant policy.
