Job summary

Qualifications

• Face of Le Caf LPM; manage reservations and greet guests.
• Optimise seating and ensure smooth flow of the room.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus; English is a must; Arabic or French is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Le Caf LPM and the gatekeeper of the guest experience. You manage reservations, welcome and farewell guests, and keep the flow of the room effortless from the moment the door opens.
• You optimise the seating and play a direct role in the restaurant’s performance.
• You use warm, clear communication to ensure every guest feels attended to, whether in person or on the phone.
