Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or front‑of‑house managerial role in a premium or high‑volume restaurant.
• English is a must; French or another European language, or Arabic, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the floor team and own the guest experience from first cover to last goodbye.
• Oversee service flow and coordinate with kitchen and bar to keep operations on time and on brand.
• Lead by example, brief, train, and motivate the team daily to maintain energy and standards.
• Ensure mise en place, table settings, cleanliness, and brand presentation are up to spec.
• Adapt quickly to issues, solve problems, and know when to escalate.
