Job summary

Tharwah Technologies is seeking a Digital Product Growth Lead in Riyadh to own the commercial growth of our digital platform portfolio. You will drive go-to-market, pricing, demand generation, and revenue growth across the business.

• 8–10 years in B2B SaaS, digital platforms, product marketing, or growth.
• Proven experience launching products and owning revenue or pipeline targets.
• Strong knowledge of AI-enabled GTM tools and modern growth tech.
• Understanding of Saudi and GCC enterprise buyers, HR/government-adjacent sectors preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define product positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch strategies
• Build and manage demand-generation channels across the Saudi and GCC markets
• Own qualified pipeline creation and revenue-growth performance
• Establish the website, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics infrastructure
• Develop sales enablement materials for founder-led and relationship-based selling
• Lead customer onboarding, activation, retention, and feedback loops
• Manage and scale a lean growth pod based on commercial milestones
• Sequence the launch of Tharwah’s digital platforms based on market readiness and opportunity
