Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or social media coordination.
• Practical experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop), strong copywriting, and basic SEO awareness.
• Comfortable using Google Analytics and Excel to filter, sort, and organize performance data.

Responsibilities

• Upload new products, including writing engaging descriptions, tag updates, and managing pricing variations.
• Audit site accuracy daily to ensure links, images, pricing, and promo codes work flawlessly.
• Monitor site inventory and alert managers when top-selling items are running low.
• Build email campaigns and deploy newsletters, product launches, and automated workflows.
• Set up digital ads across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager based on provided assets.
• Create organic content and manage scheduling for social media channels to increase brand engagement.
• Pull weekly metrics on web traffic, email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion numbers.
• Track promotional codes and affiliate links to evaluate which marketing efforts drove the most sales.
