Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferred CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing), DMP (Digital Marketing Professional), or CBM (Certified Brand Manager).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the social marketing strategy through research, platform determination, benchmarking and audience identification.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns leveraging digital and offline channels to maximize outreach and ROI.
• Work closely with Web Development Team providing clear briefs for implementation and ensure timely delivery.
• Set up and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Build and maintain a content library ensuring access to accurate and optimized materials.
• Establish creative production standards and supervise design outputs to support marketing initiatives.
• Communicate campaign performance and insights with stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Foster innovation by adopting emerging trends to enhance SIMAH’s competitive advantage and engagement.
