Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on performance marketing, CRM activities, and data-driven decisions to boost growth.

You will report insights to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in growth or performance marketing, strong Excel and analytical skills, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, advertising platforms, and analytics dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Comfortable working independently with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
