Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Experience in campaign management, marketing analytics, or content development preferred.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Content Marketing are a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, Google Ads, and web analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote brands and products.
• Manage and coordinate digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and event partners to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support content creation, briefs, and campaign summaries.
• Ensure activities align with brand guidelines and company vision.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet marketing objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality of marketing data and strategic information.
• Perform other marketing-related activities as assigned.
