Confidential Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a strategic Group CFO to lead the financial function of a diversified, multi-business group. This role goes beyond accounting and finance operations, shaping long-term strategy and shareholder value across the portfolio.

You will set financial strategy, manage investments including M&A, and oversee governance, risk, and regulatory compliance, while building and leading the group finance team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in finance; 18–20 years preferred.
• 7+ years as CFO or Group CFO; 5+ years in a diversified holding/investment group.
• CFA charterholder preferred; other certifications considered with proven investment track record.

Responsabilités

• Set and lead the group’s financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term planning.
• Lead investments and portfolio management including M&A, divestments, and new ventures.
• Structure and secure corporate financing; manage relations with banks and institutions.
• Work with Board, Investment Committee, and Audit Committee as trusted advisor.
• Establish governance, internal controls, and risk management across subsidiaries.
• Oversee audit, Zakat, VAT, and regulatory compliance.

Confidential Company is seeking a strategic Group CFO to lead the financial function of a diversified, multi-business group. This role goes beyond accounting and finance operations. You will lead investment and financing decisions, drive growth, and maximize shareholder returns across the group’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and lead the group’s financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term financial planning.
• Lead investment decisions and manage the group’s investment portfolio, including M&A, divestments, and new ventures.
• Structure and secure corporate financing, and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Work directly with the Board of Directors, Investment Committee, and Audit Committee as a trusted advisor.
• Establish strong financial governance, internal controls, and risk management across all subsidiaries.
• Oversee audit, Zakat, VAT, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop the group finance team, including subsidiary finance leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance (18-20 years preferred).
• At least 7 years as CFO or Group CFO, including a minimum of 5 years in a diversified holding or investment group.
• CFA charterholder strongly preferred; CPA, CMA, ACCA or SOCPA considered with a proven investment track record.
• Proven, hands‑on track record in:
• Investment and portfolio management, including M&A
• Corporate finance and fundraising
• Financial control, audit, and governance
• Strategic and financial planning
• Direct experience working with boards, investment committees, banks, and financing institutions.
• Strong leadership, sound judgment, and the integrity to challenge decisions when needed.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
