The Government Relation Officer (GRO) at ABIS is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's relationship with government bodies and authorities. The GRO plays a key role in securing necessary permits, approvals, and licenses, while also staying updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • ARAMCO / SABIC Experience required as GRO for Shutdown / turnaround or Projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Law, Political Science, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in government relations or similar roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Strong knowledge of governmental regulations and procedures in Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government entities
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
