Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced software engineer to contribute to grid software and Energy Management system projects in Riyadh. You will design interfaces and web services to integrate multiple utility systems, leveraging Java-based development and middleware skills.

The role requires 5+ years of Windows/Linux software experience and 7+ years in C/C++, KSH, and Java, along with ESB/IBUS tools, Oracle/SQL, and middleware such as Tomcat, Fuse ESB, Tibco, or WebSphere.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience authoring software for Windows and/or Linux.
• 7+ years of experience authoring software C/C++, KSH and Java.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL.
• Experience with Apache products: Geronimo, Tomcat, Camel, ServiceMix, Axis.
• Experience in development of Java-based applications and middleware logic.
• Experience developing WSDLs and XSDs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software for interfaces and/or web services to integrate different utility systems.
• Work on development and implementation of grid software and Energy Management systems.
• Contribute to mission-critical software projects in a diverse, global team.
