Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and visually appealing designs for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.

• Develop social media visuals and content in coordination with the Marketing team.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the company's brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication standards.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, events, and product launches.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of creative materials.
• Adapt and resize creative assets for different platforms and marketing channels.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the Retail, FMCG, or Marketing industry. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and experience across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with social media design and digital marketing materials.
• Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, composition, and visual communication.
