Grand Hyatt The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Grand Club Team Leader (Saudi National Only) to ensure top-tier service in the Grand Club with strong front office and guest relations leadership. This hourly/entry-level role supports a full-time operation on site at the Grand Club level.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or tourism management background and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel front office or guest relations setting.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
• The Grand Club Team Leader is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Grand Club.
