Job summary

Wood is recruiting a Supply Chain Associate to join the WOOD Team under the Supply Chain department. This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of Wood projects and contribute to end-to-end sourcing, expediting, and materials logistics on site in Al Khobar.

You will manage supplier negotiations, procurement records, and delivery tracking in line with project plans, while upholding Wood's Code of Conduct and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or industry equivalent.
• Some supply chain experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of supplier evaluations, negotiations, and subcontracts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end sourcing for low-risk procurement and subcontracts.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to reduce costs.
• Utilize Wood ASR and client registers for supplier evaluation.
• Support supplier performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Produce shipping documents and update procurement system.
• Maintain project PSR and report on on-site dates and lead times.
• Follow Wood Code of Conduct and safety standards.
• All other tasks as assigned by line management.
