Master-Works is in search of a proactive and organized Government Relations Officer (GRO) to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our daily operations and ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for correspondence with government agencies and public sector entities.
  • Prepare official letters, reports, and documentation for submission to government offices.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and official visits with government representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all government communications, permits, and regulatory documents.
  • Monitor and track the status of applications, approvals, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefing materials, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to government relations and route them appropriately.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all sensitive documents and communications.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, office supply management, and travel arrangements.
  • Stay updated on relevant government procedures, regulations, and deadlines.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a government or corporate affairs environment.
