Job summary

AimGulf in Jeddah is seeking a Government Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government transactions and ensure regulatory compliance within a fast‑paced, AI‑driven recruitment platform. You will work hands‑on with Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad and Absher Business, handling iqama, visas and renewals, while coordinating with internal teams.

Fluency in Arabic is mandatory and English working proficiency is required.

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, Chamber of Commerce, or similar.
• Strong administration, coordination and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing government transactions and Saudi government platforms.
• Processing Iqama/residency, visas, work permits, sponsorship transfers, renewals and other employee/company government transactions.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in Government Relations / PRO / Government Services.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, Chamber of Commerce, or similar.
