The ideal candidate is a Saudi national with a Bachelor's degree, proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable handling confidential information. Strong English and Arabic communication and a keenness to learn are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; eligible for the Tamheer Program (registered with HRDF and not currently employed).
• Saudi national.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills in English & Arabic and strong willingness to learn.
