Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical systems, integration, functional and UAT testing.
• Experience in government IT systems, social services and API integrations.
• Proficiency in API testing tools and data migration validation techniques.
• Expertise in test case creation, planning, data setup and environment management.
• Strong understanding of Middle Eastern government workflows; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project specs and requirements for web portal functionality in government social services.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases across systems, integration, and UAT.
• Perform data migration testing to ensure accuracy during legacy data transfer.
• Conduct API connectivity testing and validate government API integrations.
• Collaborate with dev teams to identify and fix integration issues.
• Coordinate with vendor teams for defect tracking and timely resolution.
• Work with government QA teams to align testing processes and standards.
• Test authentication, user workflows, and service functionalities for the web.
• Document results and provide reports with root causes and action plans.
• Support stakeholders during UAT to verify business requirements and user needs.
• Ensure testing aligns with government IT standards and data security concerns.
