Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of QA and testing in software development.
• Hands-on with automated testing tools like Selenium or QTP.
• Strong SDLC and Agile experience.
• ISTQB/CSTE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Analyze test results and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of QA industry trends and tools.
• Conduct training sessions on testing best practices.
