The ideal candidate has 5+ years in golf course maintenance, strong knowledge of turf, irrigation, pest control, and FM contract oversight, plus MEWA regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on golf course maintenance experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing or monitoring third-party landscaping providers under FM contracts.
• Familiar with FM operations, SLAs, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscaping service providers across multiple sites, ensure SLA/compliance and KPI targets.
• Inspect golf course softscape and hardscape areas; verify maintenance per plan and irrigation systems functioning.
• Monitor water usage, sustainability measures, and regulatory compliance (MEWA).
