Job summary

Confidential is seeking a highly qualified Senior Agriculture Engineer to support the delivery of large-scale landscaping, irrigation, and infrastructure projects across multiple sites in Saudi Arabia.

You will ensure quality, sustainability, and successful execution of agricultural and landscape works, supervise operations, review designs, monitor plant health, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in landscape construction, irrigation systems, and agricultural projects.
Strong knowledge of irrigation networks, plant materials, soil science, and landscape maintenance.
Experience with large-scale landscaping, public realm, park, and urban development projects.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead agricultural and landscape activities across infrastructure and landscaping projects.
Supervise planting, irrigation, soil preparation, and vegetation establishment works.
Review and evaluate landscape and irrigation designs, specifications, and material submittals.
Monitor plant health, soil conditions, fertilization programs, and pest management activities.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations to maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
Support project planning, budgeting, and resource management activities.
