Job summary

SITA is seeking a Project Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead complex, customer-facing projects across global operations. You will manage scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholders, while ensuring quality and sustainable outcomes.

The role requires strong communication in Arabic and English and up to 75% travel. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of PM experience, a university degree, PMP or formal PM training, and a track record with IT solutions in travel/transportation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects in commercial settings.
• Experience working with executives and senior management.
• Experience with IT solutions in travel/transportation desirable.
• 5–7 years in project management.
• University degree required; PMP preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; willing to travel domestically ~75%+

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to closure, managing scope, schedule, costs, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate progress to management and customers.
• Ensure high quality, sustainable outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance artifacts.
• Promote sustainability and cultural diversity across projects.
• Drive project profitability with finance to manage P&L as per business case.
