Job summary

Keenfinity Group is seeking a motivated People Operations Intern to support HR initiatives across multiple countries from Riyadh. The role involves assisting with HR admin, payroll, recruitment, and employee engagement projects in a dynamic, international environment.

You will work with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to streamline processes and gain hands-on experience in global HR operations. Saudi nationals are preferred for local talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed in HR, psychology, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support review and redesign of HR processes, policies, and practices.
• Assist with HR administration and payroll processes.
• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Contribute to HR projects like employee engagement and experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, IT, and Operations teams.
