• Expert knowledge in EFQM and ISO standards.
• Recognized certification such as EFQM Assessor or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and application of institutional excellence models.
• Manage organizational assessments, gap analysis, and strategic planning.
• Prepare organizations for EFQM recognition or ISO 9001 certification audits.
• Develop training programs for a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish KPIs and monitoring systems for excellence initiatives.
• Advise senior leadership on governance and performance management.
