Job summary

SIAD Holding in Jeddah seeks a Network Infrastructure professional to design, operate, secure and maintain the group’s LAN/WAN, wireless, internet connectivity, firewalls, VPN and monitoring across head office, subsidiaries and hotel properties.

You will install and support Cisco switches/routers, Fortinet firewalls, Avaya IP telephony, manage site-to-site VPNs, ensure QoS for voice, conduct capacity planning and keep up documentation, runbooks and incident records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ network administration in a multi-site environment.
• Experience in hospitality industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or Networking.
• Cisco CCNA certification required; Fortinet NSE 4 and Avaya cert preferred.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, wireless, IP telephony.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Cisco switches, routers and wireless infrastructure across head office, subsidiaries and hotel properties.
• Manage WAN and internet links, ISP circuits and site-to-site connectivity; coordinate with ISPs on provisioning, faults and SLAs.
• Maintain IP addressing, VLAN segmentation, routing, QoS and wireless standards across sites.
• Plan and execute network changes, upgrades and capacity expansions.
• Administer Fortinet firewalls including security policies, VPNs and SD-WAN.
• Support Avaya IP telephony systems and QoS for voice traffic.
• Implement and maintain network monitoring and alerting; document incidents and changes.
• Contribute to group projects like new openings and disaster recovery.
