Job summary

Red Sea Global is seeking a Logistics Specialist for Umluj to support shipping, storage, and delivery of goods across channels. This role ensures timely receipts, accurate invoicing, and strict inventory control to sustain ongoing projects.

You will coordinate with the commercial team, track shipments, approve delivery time sheets, and monitor agents’ performance while maintaining strong supplier and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a logistics role.
• Working knowledge of transportation management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with commercial team to promote accurate and timely processing of receiving from suppliers.
• Scan orders and track shipments across multiple channels.
• Approve time sheets associated with deliveries and pickups.
• Manage and monitor the performance of our agents, routing and scheduling planning.
• Manage workflow and quota calendars of sub-contractor.
• Establish and maintain maximum and minimum of materials inventory levels.
• Track shipments across different channels.
