Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking a Head of Department Infrastructure Roads and Highways to lead and scale a global design function delivering complex mega projects. The role combines technical excellence with leadership, commercial awareness and client management across multiple offices.

You will establish design standards, drive BIM-enabled workflows, and lead multidisciplinary teams through concept to IFC, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery for major residential, commercial and giga-scale

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
Experience with mega/giga projects (mixed-use, infrastructure, urban development).
Experience working with international clients (Middle East, Europe, Asia).

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the Infrastructure Roads and Highways department.
Establish design standards, governance, and review protocols across projects.
Drive BIM-led design using Revit and coordination tools.
Manage client engagements at senior level, including presentations and design approvals.
Oversee multi-location teams and ensure delivery within time, cost and quality targets.
Support sustainability and ESG initiatives across projects.
