Responsibilities

• Act as customer first point of contact for shipment information, incident/complaint management, ad hoc pricing, and claims.
• Ensure correct costs and revenues are captured against customer profiles and resolve simple to complex issues.
• Administer shipment activities including booking, documentation, and related transport requirements.
• Maintain shipment management in line with customer service commitments.
• Track, record, analyze and improve exceptions and operational irregularities.
• Ensure high data quality for shipments and regulatory compliance for commodity/location.
