Job summary

MBRF in Jeddah invites an experienced WWTP Operator to join our industrial water treatment team. You will operate, monitor and maintain the wastewater plant, ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards while optimizing processes.

The role requires hands-on equipment knowledge, safety discipline, and English communication for cross-functional work. Based in Jeddah, relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical/vocational diploma in mechanical, electrical, or environmental fields
• 3+ years in operation and maintenance of wastewater plants
• Hands-on WWTP processes and equipment knowledge
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems; read P&IDs
• Water/wastewater analysis; SAP, MS Office, RCA, PDCA, 5S
• Familiarity with PLC/BMS/DCS/SCADA/HMI is a plus
• Business-level English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain the WWTP to meet standards
• Perform routine operation and maintenance of WWTP equipment
• Monitor treatment parameters, analyze samples, adjust dosing
• Troubleshoot issues and support maintenance activities
• Inspect equipment and take corrective actions
• Record activities in SAP and support improvements
• Handle chemicals, tools and PPE; maintain housekeeping
• Ensure compliance with HSE, HACCP, GMP, 5S and company policies
