Job summary

Laverne Group | مجموعة لافيرن is seeking an experienced Global Shipping Specialist to manage end-to-end international shipping for five perfume brands. You will coordinate ocean freight, air cargo, customs clearance, and related operations to ensure timely and compliant delivery across international markets.

The role requires strong knowledge of Saudi customs (SASO/SABER), freight forwarding, and handling of fragrance/cosmetic products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Coordinate ocean freight and air cargo across five perfume brands.
Negotiate freight rates and transit schedules with freight forwarders, lines and airlines.
Track shipments in real time and resolve delays or routing issues.
Consolidate shipments to optimize cost and efficiency across brands.
Advise on shipping routes and modes based on cost, urgency, and cargo type.
Manage import/export customs clearance with brokers and Saudi authorities.
Ensure compliance with SASO, SABER, and cosmetics/fragrance regulations.
Review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, origin certificates, bills of lading, airway bills).
Build relationships with logistics partners and negotiate SLAs.
