Global Accounting Operations Leader

Job summary

HUMAIN, a PIF company, seeks a senior accounting leader to own day-to-day accounting operations in Riyadh and drive accurate, IFRS-compliant close processes across entities.

You will lead the general ledger, journal entries, accruals, intercompany activities and asset management while shaping internal controls and coordinating with audit teams; CPA/SOCPA preferred for this high-impact role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
• CPA/SOCPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 12+ years of accounting experience with at least 5 years leading operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and year-end close with accurate trial balances and reconciliations.
• Oversee general ledger, journal entries, accruals, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage procure-to-pay (AP) and order-to-cash (AR) cycles, including vendor payments and revenue operations.
• Own fixed asset register, capitalization, depreciation and asset tagging.
• Design and maintain internal controls and procedures per IFRS and local regulations.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury and audit teams; serve as main contact for operational audits.
