Job summary

Integrated Services Engineering Consulting Company (ISEC) seeks an experienced GIS Project Manager to lead an enterprise GIS project from initiation to closure on-site in Madinah. The role covers planning, scheduling, resource coordination, client communication, and delivery of project management and technical deliverables in line with PMI standards.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in GIS IT project management, and hands-on Esri ArcGIS Enterprise expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in GIS, Geomatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing GIS or IT projects.
• Proven previous experience as a Project Manager, leading projects end to end with direct client responsibility.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and related platforms.
• Experience with Saudi government or semi-government GIS projects is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the project plan, WBS, schedule, and critical path.
• Lead the assessment, requirements gathering, and BRD activities with client departments.
• Manage resources, risks, issues, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and present to steering committees.
• Oversee GIS system implementation, data management, and quality assurance.
• Act as the main point of contact with the client.

ISEC (Integrated Services Engineering Consulting Company) is a Saudi Arabian engineering firm established in 2012, originating from CDE, which has provided multi-discipline engineering services since 1965. ISEC delivers engineering and consulting services across Architectural and Building Services, Urban Planning, GIS and Survey, Traffic and Transportation, and Power Transmission and Distribution, along with Project Management, Construction Supervision, and Manpower Supply services.
