Qualifikationen

• University degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics or business administration.
• An MBA or similar qualification is preferred for leadership roles.
• 15+ years of relevant experience with senior leadership and P&L accountability.
• Saudi or GCC regional exposure is an advantage.
• Strong track record in logistics or stockyard operations.

The Job Summary

The General Manager leads Petromin Logistics' stockyard as a profitable, customer-focused and technology-driven automotive logistics business. The role owns the full P&L, acquires and retains vehicle-brand accounts, and delivers reliable service across the vehicle lifecycle, driving the stockyard's launch and growth through digital operations, financial discipline and continuous improvement.

The Job Profile

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Professional Certifications

No mandatory certification. A logistics or supply chain certification (e.g., ASCM CLTD / CSCP, CILT) is an advantage.

Experience

15+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in senior leadership with direct P&L accountability; Saudi or GCC experience is preferred.

Essential Job Pre-Requisites

• Strong finished-vehicle logistics experience (stockyard operations, PDI, transportation, outsourced services), including launching or substantially improving a stockyard or comparable operation.
• Proven personal success winning and retaining OEM, importer, distributor or major logistics accounts.
• Demonstrated delivery of YMS, WMS, TMS or ERP integration or comparable digital transformation, with measurable results.

Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
