Job Objective

To lead and manage the Information Technology function by developing and implementing IT strategies, architecture, and services aligned with the organization’s strategic direction and digital transformation objectives, ensuring efficient, secure, and high-quality IT services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the Information Technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
• Define and maintain IT architecture, including data, applications, and technology platforms.
• Plan and conduct IT audits to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and enterprise architecture.
• Identify and select smart solutions and technologies in coordination with internal stakeholders and market providers.
• Define infrastructure requirements to support smart and scalable IT environments.
• Support the preparation of RFPs, technical specifications, and evaluation of IT vendors and service providers.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee IT project governance, execution, risk management, and interdependencies.
• Define, develop, and manage the IT service catalog and portfolio.
• Monitor IT service performance through KPIs aligned with digital transformation objectives.
• Ensure the quality, continuity, and effectiveness of IT services.

General Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate IT teams to achieve departmental goals and improve performance.
• Develop departmental budgets and monitor financial performance.
