Job summary

Bain & Company in Riyadh is seeking an AI Engineering Intern to contribute to GenAI applications and agentic solutions for client transformations. You will work with experienced engineers, data scientists, and consultants, gaining hands-on exposure from prototyping to production deployment in a learning-first role.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, and data science teams, building robust AI systems, and supporting client discussions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed CS/ML degree.
• Strong academic performance or demonstrated excellence.
• Proficiency in Python and building APIs/services.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of GenAI applications (copilots, workflow automation, decision support).
• Support AI pipelines and components: RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, hybrid retrieval.
• Assist in tool use, function calling, and orchestration across AI workflows.
• Build agent capabilities: context engineering, memory/state management, orchestration, tool integration.
• Participate in model experimentation, evaluation, and production deployment tasks.
• Write clean code and contribute to APIs/services through full SDLC.
