Qualifications

• Final semester or recent university graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in software quality assurance, testing, and AI technologies.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in both Arabic & English.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new client use cases.
• Design and build AI agents using the platform, translating client requirements.
• Own end-to-end delivery of agent implementations.
• Interface with clients to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Evaluate recorded interactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify patterns and trends across calls to improve agent prompts.
