Infinite pl is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to provide day-to-day operational support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of GCP infrastructure supporting production services. The role ensures cloud services remain available, secure, properly configured, and recoverable.

You will monitor Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC, load balancers, and related services; perform daily health checks; investigate incidents; coordinate with cross‑functional teams; and support backup, recovery, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering
• Google Associate Cloud Engineer certification preferred
• ITIL Foundation is an advantage
• Experience supporting production environments

Mansioni

• Monitor and support GCP production infrastructure
• Perform daily health checks across cloud infrastructure
• Investigate incidents and service degradation
• Troubleshoot connectivity, VM, storage, IAM, firewall, networking, and resource-utilization issues
• Review Cloud Logging and Cloud Monitoring alerts and logs
• Execute runbooks and recovery procedures
• Support incident resolution and root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with application, database, network, security, and cloud teams
• Support backup, recovery, capacity and availability activities
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and troubleshooting procedures
• Escalate defects or changes requiring engineering intervention
• Support production changes and post-change validation
