Job summary

Mogi I/O in Kuwait seeks an experienced Gastroenterology Consultant/Specialist with strong expertise in Endoscopy to provide high-quality patient care and manage complex gastroenterological cases, including hepatobiliary conditions.

You will diagnose and treat GI diseases, perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy), develop treatment plans, maintain accurate records, ensure patient safety, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor

Qualifications

• Master's / postgraduate qualification in Gastroenterology or a related specialty.
• Several years of post-graduation experience for Consultant level.
• Several years of relevant experience for Specialist level.
• Specialized Endoscopy training or a 6–12 month Endoscopy Fellowship.
• Proven experience in Gastroenterology and Endoscopic procedures.
• GCI & GCA accreditation mandated.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy.
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient follow-up.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Support and guide junior medical staff when required.
