Job summary

Proven SA is seeking a Sales Engineer – Furniture in Riyadh to drive growth by selling hospital, office, and commercial furniture solutions across healthcare, corporate, and government sectors.

The role requires a strong technical and commercial background, with proven sales success and the ability to develop opportunities, negotiate terms, and manage end-to-end proposals and tenders. Travel across the Kingdom is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the furniture sector.
• Experience interpreting drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Experience with hospitals, healthcare projects, consultants, architects, or government entities preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote hospital, office, and commercial furniture portfolios.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and projects teams.
• Negotiate terms and monitor awarded projects.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Represent the company at industry events.
