Job summary

OOMCO KSA is seeking a logistics operations supervisor to plan, schedule, supervise, and monitor nationwide fuel delivery activities. You will ensure compliance with HSEQ, maintain cost-efficient logistics, and coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, and ARAMCO-related contracts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in operations management or supply chain and at least 3 years in a relevant field. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s logistics network is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management or supply chain is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field experience.
• Good understanding of the country’s logistic infrastructure and geography.

Responsibilities

• Receive fuel orders daily from customers and place orders with suppliers.
• Send orders to transporters for delivery and supervise daily operations.
• Monitor compliance with HSEQ and company policies in logistics.
• Audit and control logistic-related financial transactions to avoid revenue loss.
• Review budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities within targets.
• Coordinate meetings with transporters and business units to ensure service levels.
